About the roleWe're looking for a senior B2B Growth Marketer to build and scale demand generation for ElevenLabs in India. This is a hands-on, in-country role focused on generating enterprise pipeline, growing our brand with technical buyers, and creating programs that become benchmarks for B2B marketing in AI.

Your work will shape how Indian businesses discover, evaluate, and adopt ElevenLabs. The goal is to build repeatable marketing engines that make ElevenLabs the top choice for every enterprise.

What you'll do- Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns end to end across India's priority industries from strategy and messaging through execution and measurement.

• Localize and execute programs across ABM, content, events, webinars, partner/customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound - choosing the right channel for the problem rather than owning a single function.

• Adapt global campaigns and messaging for the Indian market, and feed local insights (buyer behavior, competitive dynamics, regulatory context) back to the global team.

• Partner closely with local sales and the global product marketing, growth, and design teams to keep messaging consistent and execute high-impact campaigns.
