Contract Sourcer (GTM)

The Role

We’re looking for a contract sourcer to join our Business recruiting team during a period of growth. You’ll help build strong candidate pipelines for our Business roles by finding, researching, and reaching out to great people. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who wants hands-on experience in a fast-growing fintech company.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and research potential candidates for Business and GTM roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and other sourcing tools

• Write personalized outreach and follow up with candidates by email and InMail

• Partner with recruiters to build and maintain talent pipelines and keep candidates moving through the interview process

• Conduct initial candidate screens to assess qualifications, relevant experience, and alignment with role requirements before advancing candidates to the recruiting team

• Share market insights and candidate feedback with recruiters and hiring managers

• Support the recruiting team with projects, such as testing new outreach approaches and tracking sourcing metrics

• Provide a timely, friendly, and respectful experience to every candidate you engage

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience sourcing for business or GTM roles, recruiting coordination, or related experience (internships and contract work count)

• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and an applicant tracking system

• Strong written communication skills and a knack for personalized outreach

• Organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage many candidates at once

• Comfort with fast-moving priorities and a willingness to learn quickly

• Discretion in handling confidential candidate and company information

• Curiosity about our products and the fintech industry
