The Opportunity

We are looking for a Demand Generation, Senior Manager in the London, UK. As the Demand Generation, Senior Manager for the Pan-European region, you will be the driving force behind our growth engine. This is a mission-critical role where you will own the regional pipeline, drive stage-to-stage conversion, and lead our New Logo acquisition strategy. Working at the intersection of Sales, Corporate Marketing, and Product Marketing, and leveraging the Demand Gen Centre of Excellence (COE), you will build and execute integrated campaign strategies that turn program spend into high-quality revenue opportunities.

What You'll Do

Build and Execute Integrated Campaigns: Design and deliver solutions and persona based, integrated Pan-European demand generation campaigns that drive New Logo acquisition and unlock cross-sell/up-sell potential. Own Pipeline & Revenue Conversion: Own our regional pipeline targets with a clear focus on revenue impact. Optimize stage-to-stage conversion rates (e.g., Stage 4 to Won) and accelerate deal velocity, driving the shift from lead volume to high-quality SQLs. Drive Sales Alignment & Governance: Work closely alongside Sales leadership to establish pipeline governance, support early-stage qualification, and ensure engagement at the right contact levels (VP/C-Level) to progress deals. Manage Agency & Channel Performance: Lead external agencies, vendors, and regional channels to maximize return on program spend, ensuring execution capacity is aligned to pipeline targets.
