About the Opportunity

DMI is seeking an Enterprise Security System (ESS) Administrator to join us.We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Security System (ESS) Administrator to support and maintain a complex, mission-critical security environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on experience administering enterprise security platforms, as well as expertise in server, database, storage, and security technologies that support ESS infrastructure. This role is fully remote and requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving abilities. Supports enterprise security systems infrastructure; cross-trained with physical security systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain Enterprise Security Systems (ESS), ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.

• Manage and support ESS-related servers, databases, storage platforms, and integrated security technologies.

• Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis to resolve ESS issues in a timely manner.

• Implement upgrades, patches, and system enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

• Maintain documentation for system configurations, policies, and standard operating procedures.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and security teams to support system integrations and security controls.

• Ensure compliance with federal, agency, and organizational security standards.

• Support audits, assessments, and reporting requirements as needed.

Education and Years of Experience: - 5+ years of Enterprise Security System (ESS) Administrator hands-on experience Required Skills & Certifications:

• Strong expertise in server, database, storage, and security technologies used in ESS environments.

Experience with enterprise security platforms:

• Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) systems

• Video Management Systems (VMS)

• Access control systems

• Intrusion detection systems

• Knowledge of system architecture, data flows, backup/restore, and system redundancy.

• Ability to analyze system logs, performance metrics, and incident reports.

Additional Requirements: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
