Regional Sales Manager - Hotels & Hospitality

Position Overview We are seeking a driven, consultativeRegional Sales Managerto grow revenue within theHotel & Hospitality market. This fully remote role is responsible for developing new business and expanding relationships with existing customers, with a primary focus on independent hotels and small-to-mid-sized hotel groups.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong record of prospecting, pipeline development, and closing software or technology solutions. Experience selling software into the hospitality market is a significant advantage.

What You’ll Do

Achieveand exceed assigned sales revenue and profitability targets within the designated territory.

Develop and execute territory and account plans focused on independent hotels and smaller hospitality groups.

Generatenew business through disciplined outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and follow-up on qualified leads.

Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through presentation, negotiation, and close.

Build trusted relationships with hotel owners, operators, general managers, and other keydecision-makers.

Maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline and provide timely sales forecasts and opportunity updates in the CRM.

Stay current on company products, hospitality market trends, and competitive activity.

Collaboratewith internal teams to support a smooth handoff and positive customer experience.

Workindependently in a remote environment with limited supervision.

What You Bring

• 2 to 5 years of successful B2B sales experience in software, SaaS, technology, or hospitality.

• Demonstrated ability to prospect, buildpipeline, and close new business.

• Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Effective time management, prioritization, and follow-through.

• Ability to work independently and remain accountable in a fully remote role.

• Experience selling software or technology solutions to hotels or hospitality organizations is strongly preferred.

Location and Onboarding

• Fully remote within the United States.

• Onboarding may be completed remotely or in Nashville, Tennessee.
