Responsibilities

As an International Direct Sales Representative, you will contribute to the expansion of Prodware’s business across multiple European markets. Acting as a bridge between customer needs and Prodware’s expertise, you will help identify growth opportunities, strengthen customer engagement and support the development of long-term business relationships.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious early-career professional who is interested in technology, innovation and consultative sales. Working alongside experienced sales, presales and delivery teams, you will progressively develop the skills, knowledge and confidence required to take ownership of customer conversations, opportunities and commercial initiatives.

In this role, you will contribute to:

• Expanding Prodware’s network of prospects and customers across strategic markets.
• Strengthening and developing existing customer relationships.
• Identifying business challenges and aligning them with relevant expertise, services and solutions.
• Supporting customer-facing initiatives such as events, webinars, presentations and commercial campaigns.
• Building pipeline and creating opportunities that contribute to Prodware's growth objectives.

Areas of Responsibility

• Research and identify potential customers across selected European markets;
• Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and other engagement channels;
• Qualify leads and generate opportunities for the sales team;
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers using CRM tools;
• Support customer meetings, presentations, webinars, and commercial initiatives;
• Develop an understanding of customer business challenges and Prodware's solutions;
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Presales, and Delivery teams to support commercial activities;
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and follow-up actions within CRM systems;
• Assist with marketing campaigns, lead follow-up, and business development activities;
• Monitor market trends and share relevant insights with the commercial team;
• Continuously develop knowledge of Microsoft technologies, digital transformation, and Prodware's service portfolio;
• Leverage CRM, AI, and digital tools to improve productivity and customer engagement.

Qualifications

Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communication, Information Technology, Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field;

• Early-career profile with a strong interest in business development and customer engagement;
• A first successful internship, traineeship or professional experience in B2B sales, inside sales, business development, account management, customer success or another customer-facing commercial role is considered an advantage;
• Exposure to lead generation, prospecting activities or customer relationship management is a plus;
• Experience working with CRM platforms is beneficial but not mandatory;
• Professional proficiency in English is mandator (Additional European languages are highly valued and may provide opportunities to support broader international market development).
