The Sr. Manager, Service Marketing & Product Management is responsible for developing and executing the global service growth strategy and driving profitable growth through service commercial solutions, pricing, point-of-sale attachment, contract and warranty programs, installed base monetization, funnel management, and customer insights. This leader owns the development and commercialization of the service portfolio and offerings, partners with Product Management through NPD and LEx processes, and leads a global team focused on service strategy execution, commercial product management, service marketing, and commercial performance management.

This position reports to the VP of Global Service and will be fully REMOTE.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Partner with the Global Service Leadership team to develop and execute the global service growth strategy and commercial roadmap, translating strategic priorities into measurable business results.

• Own the global service commercial solutions portfolio, including customer insights, business case development, pricing strategy, commercialization, and lifecycle management.

• Lead Service participation in New Product Development (NPD) and LEx processes, ensuring serviceability, Voice of Customer, pricing, and launch readiness are incorporated into product launches.

• Drive growth through service attachment, contract renewal and win-back programs, installed base monetization, funnel management, growth rooms, and commercial initiatives.

• Lead service portfolio and commercial performance management through KPI governance, analytics, dashboards, and structured problem solving to identify growth opportunities and risks.

• Develop and commercialize new service offerings and recurring revenue solutions that drive customer value, revenue growth, and profitability.

• Lead and develop a global team responsible for service strategy execution, commercial service product management, service marketing, customer insights, and commercial solutions, while driving cross-functional collaboration across Service, Sales, Product Management, R&D, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field AND 10+ years' experience in service, aftermarket, commercial strategy, product management, or a related discipline.
