Senior Product Designer

Kinsta is one of the top providers of managed hosting for WordPress, with a growing club of 120,000+ businesses including startups, universities, and Fortune 500 firms. We're motivated by excellent quality and proud to have received a 97% satisfaction rating from our customers. That's because, to us, each day is a chance to grow. As a team, we continuously inspire each other to learn new and better ways to make an impact. We own our jobs proudly - our leaders don't hold our hands, but they're in our corner whenever we ask for help - and our environment is flexible and remote-first. As our new Senior Product Designer, you'll lead and execute product initiatives from concept to UI, bringing a user-focused mentality to everything you ship. You'll join a small, close-knit Product Design team, report to the Head of Product, partner day to day with Research, Product Management, and Development, and work with other teams as collaborators and stakeholders. It's a hands-on senior design role with the opportunity to grow into leading the PD team as it scales, while staying close to the design work Your primary canvas is MyKinsta, the dashboard where our customers manage their sites, but your scope also extends to the service layer to cover the full user experience of Kinsta. This means a design output can include internal workflows, customer communication, or additional tooling. You'll work with a high level of autonomy while you design features, manage stakeholders, provide UX guidance, and occasionally step in to own a project through delivery. The ideal Kinsta Senior Product Designer is a strong craftsperson, a confident decision-maker, curious, collaborative, and self-motivated.
