Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead EMS transformation, automation, client onboarding, and operational improvement projects within a growing managed services organization. This role will manage cross-functional initiatives, drive project execution, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery of business objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong project management expertise, stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering measurable business results.

Responsibilities Program & Project Leadership

• Lead multiple complex EMS projects and strategic initiatives from inception through implementation and post-launch stabilization.

• Develop and manage integrated project plans including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, and timelines.

• Establish project governance frameworks, communication plans, escalation processes, and leadership reporting.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology, Automation, Finance, Banking, Compliance, Product, and Client Services.

• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

• Create clear and visually engaging project roadmaps, dashboards, and executive presentations using tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, and Excel.

EMS Transformation & Automation

• Manage initiatives supporting the EMS automation and digital transformation roadmap.

• Coordinate requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and stabilization activities.

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to streamline workflows and identify automation opportunities.

• Client onboarding

• Account setup and maintenance

• Master data validation

• Invoice processing

• Payment operations

• Reporting and analytics
