The Role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager with a true headhunter mindset. You love the hunt: you go after passive candidates, find people who are not on the market, and keep going when the first, second, and tenth outreach get no answer. You own your vacancies end to end, set your own pace and priorities, and don't need anyone to check in on you to deliver. Your focus will be commercial hiring across the UK and Europe: senior commercial leadership and account management teams, from individual contributors to regional heads. From time to time you will also pick up other business roles as priorities shift. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and executives.
