The Senior PP&C Sr. Specialist is a key part of the project team, interacting with all levels of Program Management and colleagues in other functional areas. The Sr. Specialist has full P&L and cashflow responsibility for assigned project(s), overseeing financial activities for various contract types and sizes with minimal direct daily oversight. Financial execution, program control and general government compliance monitoring task orders with financial reporting requirements on all contract types (CPFF, CPAF, T&M and/or Fixed Price). The position requires in-depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and the reporting cycle, to include experience in EAC, variance and trend analysis.
