Buscamos un Representante de Atención al Cliente bilingüe francés (part-time) para nuestro cliente en España dedicado a la venta de productos de piscina.
Horario: Lunes a viernes 5:30 am a 9:30 am argentina
Funciones:
- Atender llamadas y brindar soporte en idioma francés.
- Consultar documentación en Google Drive para ofrecer respuestas precisas.
- Gestionar y escalar tickets mediante plataformas SaaS.
- Realizar seguimiento de incidencias y tiempos de respuesta.
- Registrar de forma organizada cada interacción y resolución.
Requisito excluyente: Francés nativo (oral y escrito).
Modalidad de pago: Pago fijo mensual vía Ontop puntual cada 30 de mes.
Beneficios:
- Contrato freelance de larga duración
- 15 días libres al cumplir 1 año de servicio
- Día de cumpleaños libre
- Feriados según tu país de residencia (previo acuerdo con el cliente)
- Posibilidad futura de pasar a jornada full-time
