תיאור התפקיד
לחברה הפועלת בתחום ייחודי ובעל ערך רגשי דרוש/ה מנהל/ת מכירות לטיפול בלידים החמים הנכנסים בלבד באמצעות טלפון ושיחות טלפון רגילות.
התפקיד כולל יצירת קשר מהירה עם לקוחות, מתן ייעוץ מקצועי ומכבד, וליווי הלקוח עד לסגירת הזמנה.
העבודה מתאימה לבעלי/ות תקשורת בין־אישית גבוהה, סבלנות ויכולת עבודה מול אוכלוסייה מבוגרת.
תחומי אחריות
טיפול בפניות נכנסות דרך טלפון ושיחות טלפון בזמן תגובה מהיר (יעד: עד חמש דקות)
מתן ייעוץ ללקוחות וסגירת עסקאות במכירות ללקוחות פרטיים
התאמת אופן התקשורת ללקוח – שיחה או התכתבות – בהתאם לצורך
עבודה שוטפת עם מערכת ניהול קשרי לקוחות: תיעוד לידים, הוספת הערות, סטטוסים והגדרת המשך טיפול
שמירה על סדר, דיוק והיסטוריית התקשרות מלאה במאגר הלקוחות
דרישות חובה
עברית ברמת שפת אם או רמת שפת אם, ורוסית ברמה גבוהה (דיבור וכתיבה)
ניסיון קודם במכירות ללקוחות פרטיים – טלפוניות, שירותים או מכירות דרך מסרים
זמינות לעבודה במשרה מלאה ונוכחות רציפה בשעות העבודה
יכולת עבודה בסביבה דינמית עם ריבוי פניות ושיחות ארוכות
סדר, אחריות ודיוק בעבודה עם נתונים ומערכת ניהול קשרי לקוחות
