Key Responsibilities1. Analytics Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute enterprise-wide analytics strategy aligned with business goals

• Position analytics as a core driver of growth, efficiency, and innovation

• Advise executive leadership on insights-driven decision-making

2. Advanced Analytics & AI/ML

• Lead development of predictive, prescriptive, and machine learning models

• Drive AI/ML adoption across functions (marketing, risk, operations, finance)

• Ensure scalability and productionization of analytics models

3. Business Intelligence & Insights

• Oversee BI platforms, dashboards, and reporting frameworks

• Enable real-time and self-service analytics across business units

• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders

4. Decision Intelligence & Value Creation

• Embed analytics into business processes and decision workflows

• Drive measurable impact on revenue growth, cost optimization, and risk management

• Establish KPIs to track analytics ROI and business outcomes

5. Data Collaboration & Governance

• Partner with the Chief Data Officer and IT teams on data architecture and quality

• Ensure responsible use of data and adherence to governance frameworks

• Align analytics initiatives with data strategy and compliance standards

6. Innovation & Experimentation

• Promote a culture of experimentation (A/B testing, hypothesis-driven analysis)

• Explore emerging technologies and advanced modeling techniques

• Drive continuous improvement in analytical capabilities

7. Talent & Capability Building

• Build and lead high-performing analytics and data science teams

• Develop analytics capabilities across the organization

• Promote data literacy and insight-driven culture

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field

• 15–20+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative roles

• Proven track record in delivering analytics-driven business impact

• Strong expertise in statistical modeling, AI/ML, and BI tools

• Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
