About the RoleWe’re looking for a creative and detail-orientedGraphic Designerto support our marketing, growth, and brand initiatives. This role will work closely with ourMarketing and Creative teamsto produce high-quality visuals across digital platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Design visual assets for social media, ads, email, web, and landing pages

• Create graphics for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions

• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs

• Collaborate with marketing, content, and growth teams on creative concepts

• Revise designs based on feedback and performance insights

• Manage multiple design requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experiencein graphic design or a similar role

• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design work

• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar)

• Understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color

• Ability to take feedback well and iterate quickly

• Strong English communication skills

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, SaaS, or startup environments is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok)

• Basic understanding of marketing funnels or conversion-focused design

• Motion graphics or short-form video design experience
