Enterprise Account Executive (Swedish Speaking)

At Sanity.io, we’re building the future of AI-powered Content Operations. Our AI Content Operating System gives teams the freedom to model, create, and automate content the way their business works, accelerating digital development and supercharging content operations efficiency. Companies like SKIMS, Figma, Riot Games, Anthropic, COMPLEX, Nordstrom, and Morningbrew are using Sanity to power and automate their content operations.

We are looking for a Swedish Speaking New business Account Executive. You won't be pitching a CMS. You'll be selling the infrastructure that engineering teams actually want to build on, to French enterprises who've never heard of us yet, and closing deals big enough to prove the market. You'll own the full cycle end to end, working with SDRs, marketing, and product (most of them not in France) while building the local playbook as you go.

What you would do

• Qualify opportunities SDRs and marketing hand you, and decide fast which ones are worth chasing in a market you're still mapping.

• Run discovery that gets past the checklist and surfaces the real business case for switching.

• Pitch a product developers already love to the people who sign the check, in their language.

• Price and negotiate enterprise deals, including Swedish contract and procurement norms that don't always match the US or UK playbook.

• Map the account and get everyone from the CMS admin to the CTO talking about Sanity, en français.

• Bring client and market feedback back to the business.

• Keep Salesforce, decks, and deal docs sharp enough that anyone could pick up your deal cold.

• Forecast bookings monthly and quarterly, and stand behind the number, even while you're still building the pipeline that feeds it.

About you

• Fluent in Swedish and English. You'll sell in Swedish and work internally in English.

• Curious, coachable, and straight with people, including when the deal's on the line.

• You've closed complex, technical SaaS deals in our ACV range, selling to a technical audience, ideally in the NORDICS market.

• You can hold a room with a developer in the morning and an exec in the afternoon, in their language.

• No CMS experience required. You just need to pick up new products fast and explain them faster.

• Genuinely energised by building something from the ground up, not just running an existing playbook.

What we can offer- A highly-skilled, inspiring, and supportive team

• Positive, flexible, and trust-based work environment that encourages long-term professional and personal growth

• A global, multi-culturally diverse group of colleagues and customers

• Comprehensive health plans and perks

• A healthy work-life balance that accommodates individual and family needs

• Competitive location-based salary and stock options program
