The mission -The US is the most demanding and most competitive GRC market in the world — home to security-first enterprises, mature CISO organisations, and the highest bar for what a compliance partner should be. This is where our enterprise ambition is heading, and we're looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own that frontier.

This is not a role for someone who wants a settled playbook handed to them. You'll be one of the early voices defining how Sprinto shows up for US enterprises: carrying a portfolio of high-value accounts, earning the trust of senior security and compliance leaders, and turning first-time adopters of AI-powered GRC automation into long-term, expanding partnerships. Your wins won't just move your book — they'll shape how we win this segment for the years ahead.

Where you'll leave your mark?

• Own GRR and your Book of Business. Take full ownership of a portfolio of high-value US enterprise and mid-market accounts, driving revenue retention, renewals, and expansion, and treating net revenue retention as your headline outcome.

• Establish Sprinto as the trusted GRC partner for US enterprises. Set the standard for how we deliver value in a new and fast-scaling segment — building repeatable approaches to onboarding, adoption, and value realisation that later CSMs will run on.

• Be a trusted advisor to security and compliance leadership. Engage directly with CISOs, CIOs, CPOs, Chief Risk Officers,...
